Another Dead Rockstar combines the powerful drumming and singing of Ivo Matic, the massive low-end thump of Rob Parsh on bass, and the melodic growl of Tom Curry on guitar. Influences include: Alice in Chains, Matthew Good Band, Soundgarden, Rush, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Tool, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and a bunch of 70's, 80's, and 90's rock to the present that's too long to list. Another Dead Rockstar originally formed in 2010.
Band members Ivo Matic and Tom Curry, both also former members of toeHead in the middle 1990s, have worked together in a few different bands since then. Rob Parsh (former Lazy Susan and Three Drink Minimum member) joined in 2018, and contributed to the writing of a whole new batch of songs that became the new album.
